Favorite Books For October

Learning with Mrs. Parker is having a linky party with the favorite books for teaching in October. I love teaching about fall, pumpkins, and Halloween so of course I have quite a few favorite books. My top 4 would be: Five Little Pumpkins, The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid of Anything, Stellaluna, and Skeleton Hiccups. There are other books that I love to read as well. I hope you will try a few of these in your classroom as well.

  1. I just learned about the Berenstein Bears The Spooky Old Tree. It appears that I must read this to my kiddos.

  4. Love the old school Berenstein Bears! I used to get every one as they came out. Skeleton Hiccups looks pretty cute too. :-)
